Have
you ever been mocked by your friends because you are a couple of inches short
in comparison to them? Have you ever been turned down from a major job offer
like in military and modeling because you are just two inches short from the
requirement? Well, there are some Yogic Poses that can help you gain your full
height. However, patience and daily practice are must in order to gain full advantages
of those techniques.
To
be truthful, an average person’s vertical growth almost stops when he reaches
22 years age. However, the cartilages in our spinal cord are so unnecessarily
compact and closed together that if we are able to expand them a little, we
might be able to gain about 2 inches of height. You might have heard about the
astronauts, who after coming back from a trip in space grow taller. It is
because, in space, where gravity isn’t able to exert its pull on your spine,
and so the cartilages move apart from each other, consequently making the
person look taller. The person loses his additional height after a few weeks. That
is the case with the Yogic Positions too. If we do not practice them regularly,
we might lose what we have gained. So be consistent folks…
